This workshop is designed to offer fitness instructors and personal trainers an opportunity to include a mini-yoga class using equipemnt found in a normal aerobics/cycling room.
Mats, cylinders and Dyna Bands are used as props to facilitate functional stretching employing the principles of hatha yoga.

E-Motion® 's low impact format differs from regular low impact aerobics while still providing health and fitness benefits. It incorporates principles of: Entrainment, Breath as prime mover, Toning, and Expression. Work as strenuously or as lightly as needed. You set the pace. You add the components and level of intensity.
