The following "Noon" lectures are one hour formats designed to educate and inform. Simple yet effective tools/ to enhance relaxation, being comfortable in your body, and breath awareness.
Routes Into Relaxation

How to de-stress in any moment? Using simple techniques, I will teach you how to simply focus on your breathing process. The breath is the quickest, most efficient route into relaxation. All that is required is attention, focus and patience. For best results practice everyday for as little as 10 minutes, even at your desk.
Do Exercise and Relaxation Go Together? You Bet!

Fitness can be defined as the ability to respond to environmental and personal challenges in a proactive manner. During this "talk" I will present various studies to illustrate the relationship between fitness and relaxation. Both are key components of wellness and a healthy lifestyle! There are several ways to relax just as there are several ways to exercise. Include both in your week enjoy the full benefits of a healthy lifestyle. More is not necessarily better!
Guided Imagery

Guided Imagery is an antidote to the stress in our lives. Learn how to relax by taking a mini-vacation in your mind. Most of our daily activities involve "doing" rather than "being". We need some combination of both in order to lead a balanced lifestyle. Guided imagery is a form of meditation.
